How we handle your data
Data Collection
We sync ticket data via secure platform APIs only. Attachments and non-textual files are not stored. This minimizes your data footprint.

Data is stored in Microsoft Azure (West Europe). All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).
Data Usage
We use your data solely to generate quality insights. We do not use your data to train AI models. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
